We were able to leave our luggage overnight during our 1-night visit to the Goto Islands. Both rooms we stayed in, one on 8th (near elevator) and the other on 3rd (far from elevator), were quiet. We couldn't even hear toilets flushing in adjoining rooms. Water pressure consistently strong. Room design was excellent for 2 people, better and slightly bigger than similar rooms in other hotels we have stayed in in Japan. Cleaner than similar Japanese hotels we have stayed at. All toiletries provided; also pajamas. Fresh towels, bottled water, drip coffee packets provided daily through simple notification next to door. Though we didn't use them, the presence of clothes washers on the 11th floor was a comfort. Washers and soap apparently free while dryers had a fee. LOCATION is convenient to train station and just one short block from Airport bus stop. Interesting feature in elevator: an emergency kit in case one is trapped, including a toilet, water, and flashlight.

This was incredibly close to a perfect hotel. The location is great, very close to Nagasaki station and the tram. The room was a good size and nicely decorated with new, attractive furnishings. The air conditioning worked well so I was comfortable. The best part was the amenities for the guests. On the top floor, there was an onsen/public bath that included a rooftop outdoor bath. It was absolutely divine. The shampoo etc they provided was really nice, too. There was a sauna that I didn’t use but my husband loved, and even a cold bath to dunk into to cool down. Not only that, but there was a small lounge with manga, free popsicles for after the bath, free probiotic drinks in the morning, and two extremely high tech massage chairs that you’ll really appreciate after climbing up nagasaki’s steps and slopes. I was sad to leave.

Hotel was in a good location, just a short walk away from Nagasaki Station. Check-in was efficient and the staff were helpful and friendly and provided information about the hotel services and amenities. My room was a good size - larger than average for Japan - and had plenty of space for luggage etc. The hotel had plenty of amenities including a large public bath, sauna, coin laundry, and there was a convenience store situated directly next to the hotel. Breakfast was excellent and had a nice mix of Japanese and Western dishes with a good variety and also some local Nagasaki specialities. It was easy to get around the city with the tram and bus stops located within a couple of minutes walk. Overall I enjoyed my stay here, it was a good hotel very centrally located for exploring the city.

Clean and comfortable room located about 5 min from the Nagasaki JR station. The Atomic Bomb Museum is about 45 min on foot one direction and Glover Gardens is about 45 min on foot the opposite direction. If you don't feel like walking, the bus stop is about 3 minutes on foot and easy to navigate. The onsen on the top floor is very relaxing. For westerners like me who may not be familiar with using the onsen, the hotel provides easy to understand instructions and it's definitely worth stepping out of your comfort zone to experience it. There is also a late night ramen service provided by the hotel and a 7-11 located in the bottom of the building with direct access from the hotel lobby. The staff is very friendly and checking in and out was easy.
